Technical Work

I absolutely love technician work. Being behind the scenes gives me the opportunity to create a sense of magic and constantly problem solve. I enjoy overseeing a team and creating a community, so I know that the show will be the best can possibly be. Efficiency, time management, problem solving, interpersonal relationships, safety, and enjoyment are the seven skills I focus on when working on a show.
I have developed organizational and managerial tools to act as templates for multiple type of projects. Linked below are spreadsheets to help both my team and me keep scheduled, proper inventory, and ensure we always remain on the same page. I use these for projects including site specific work, proscenium performances, film and video, and more. If you’re interested in learning more about how this falls into my artistic practice, check out my full artistic statement by clicking below!

The Caucasian Chalk Circle

Stage Manager, 2015

This version of The Caucasian Chalk Circle directed and designed by Zachary Moore, is a powerful story of true parental love. The large, movable set and creative use of props made for an exciting challenge for the whole team and myself.
